Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The club room on the 21st floor offered lovely views across Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, with a ridiculous view towards the city. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. The location, while slightly outside the main tourist areas, was convenient with easy access to public transport. The dining experience was nice, although a bit expensive. Overall, a great hotel with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel at the Tokyo Tower is excellent and within the InterContinental Hotel brand. The rooms potentially have a slight scent from cigarettes but are overall wonderful. The service goes beyond expectations, especially in helping us explore the city and book restaurants. The location is in a nice, quiet area amidst the bustling Tokyo, with top-notch facilities and convenient transport links, although the shuttle service can be irregular at times. The dining options are somewhat average, but there are alternatives nearby. Overall, a great stay in a more modern area with lots of amenities.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with great views of the river and city from my room, but had to wait until 3:00 pm for check-in. The service was truly fantastic, with attentive staff and an excellent shuttle service, but the breakfast options could have been more varied. The location was convenient, although a bit of a walk to the JR station. Overall, a wonderful experience.
I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel that granted access to the Club Lounge on the 20th floor, with stunning views over Tokyo Bay and impeccable service. The location was a bit far from some city centers but in a modern area close to transit options and abundant amenities. The dining experience was equivalent to an average Western airport lounge, and the facilities were top-notch.
